Eastman Commons Community (ECC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and managing affordable, supportive housing and employment programs for low income people; a combination of eligible adult working professionals, returning veterans, disabled, elderly, and formerly homeless individuals. ECC offers the on-site social services that tenants need to maintain their housing, restore their health, regain their economic independence, and rebuild their lives as good neighbors and contributing citizens.
